CRUSTLESS LOW-CARB QUICHE

Ingredients:

6 large eggs

1 1/2 c milk

1 1/2 c grated cheese (cheddar, swiss, or mozzarella)

1 lb bacon

1 onion

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grease 9 inch pie pan and set aside

  2. Cook bacon till crispy

  3. Combine milk and eggs and whisk together

  4. Add remaining ingredients to egg and milk mixture

  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Stir to be sure filling is distributed

  6. Bake quiche 45 - 50 minutes till golden and set

  7. Remove from oven and let cool

preheat oven to 375 degrees F
